because the 2017 northern California wildfires swept via its picturesque wine united states, vintners pam and George Hamel valiantly battled to keep their namesake Sonoma vineyard. while their 124-acre ranch was saved, they located after the flames completed racing via the foothills, and their nearby home became in the end reduced to ashes. decided to rebuild, the Hamels turned to longtime buddy ken fulk to reimagine the decimated assets in which they’d made so many superb recollections considering that beginning Hamel circle of relatives wines several years in advance.
