Ingredients:
- One kilo chicken (whole)
- Yogurt: a cup
- Salt: as desired
- White pepper: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Onions: 1 piece (grated)
- Tandoori spices: one teaspoon
- Mint: 4 tablespoons (fresh and finely chopped)
- Garam Masala spices: 1 teaspoon
- Green hot pepper: 2 pods (finely chopped)
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
How to prepare:
Wash the chicken well and rub it with tandoori spices.
In an electric blender, put the yogurt, onions, mint, tomato paste, garam masala, salt, white pepper, curry and black pepper and blend the ingredients well to obtain a mixture that has a creamy consistency.
Soak the chicken in the prepared marinade and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and place it in an oven tray with its seasoning.
Place the tray in the oven for 30 minutes to an hour, until the chicken is well cooked. Serve the fried chicken dish hot.
