Here is a simple recipe for a face mask with vitamins E and A:
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vitamin E oil (you can open vitamin E capsules).
1 teaspoon vitamin A oil (also available in capsule form).
Preparation and use:
In a small bowl, mix vitamin E oil and vitamin A oil well.
Add honey to the mixture and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Cleanse your face well before applying the mask.
Apply the mask evenly on your face, avoiding the eye area.
Leave the mask for 15-20 minutes until it dries.
Gently rinse the face with warm water.
