A cup of Chantilly cream powder
A cup of milk
Preparation method:😍
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat well with an electric mixer
Add the milk, ghee or butter, cocoa and vanilla, sift the flour and baking powder over them, and whisk until completely mixed.
Grease a Pyrex dish with butter, pour the mixture, and place in the oven at 180 for about 20 minutes.
Then, after settling, we divide the chocolate cake into two halves
Put the chocolate powder in a bowl, add the milk, and mix well while cold with two cubes of butter
We put the pot on the fire and continue stirring until the sauce boils, then add the butter, stir and turn off the fire.
Whip the Chantilly cream with the milk until the cream is ready
After the cake has cooled, drizzle it with milk, then place the Chantilly cream layer between the two cake layers
