the components:
A kilo of potatoes
A quarter kilo of minced meat
onion
garlic
salt
Black pepper
spices
Cardamom
Oil or ghee for frying
A cup of tomato juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Bell pepper/hot pepper as you wish
Method:
1- Sauté the meat. Bring a bowl and put a little oil or ghee in it as you wish.
Put the chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers cut into small pieces, and wait until the onions change color, then add the meat.
Add salt, black pepper, spices, cardamom, and nutmeg, and wait until the liquids drain, absorb and cook well.
2- Peel the potatoes, core them, and cut them into equal halves.
3- In a medium-sized frying pan, add oil and brown the potatoes halfway until they change color.
4- Bring a tray and place the halves of potatoes in it, and place the grated minced meat on top, with tomato slices and cold or hot peppers (according to your choice).
5- Add a cup of tomato juice mixed with potato tomato paste, and add a quarter cup of water.
6- Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, and place the tray of potatoes until they are well cooked and browned.
