1 peeled avocado, cut into quarters.
2 bananas, peeled and cut in half.
Crushed ice or ice cubes.
2 cups whole milk.
2 tablespoons honey.
1 cup ice cream (store-bought).
Half a cup of grated coconut.
Preparation method:
Blend the avocado and banana pieces in a blender for 3 minutes until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and mix well until the juice is ready to drink.
Once done, pour the juice into glasses and garnish with ice pieces to enhance the refreshing effect.
