Steak and cream shrimp
the components:
1 pounds (450 grams)Serlin steak
1 pounds (450 grams) large shrimp, scrub and scrub
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper according to taste
Fresh parsley to decorate
Method:
Season of meat slice with salt, black pepper and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over a high medium heat. Cook the meat slice for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until you reach what you want. Shill from the pan and let it rest.

Prepare the shrimp to the pan and throw it to cover it in the sauce. Cook for another two minutes until the shrimp is heated.
Cut the relaxed meat slice and feet covered with cream shrimp and sauce. Decorate with fresh parsley
