It is considered one of the easy recipes and consists of tender chicken breasts stuffed with a delicious mixture of vegetables and cheese, and cooked until they remain golden and soft on the inside! 😍



Ingredients:



4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts



2 roasted red peppers, sliced



2 cups fresh spinach



1 cup chopped mozzarella cheese



1 tablespoon olive oil



1 teaspoon garlic powder



1 teaspoon onion powder



Salt and pepper to taste



Small wooden sticks (for fixing)



Preparation steps:



1️⃣ Preparing the chicken: Spread each chicken breast between two sheets of nylon and beat it with a kitchen hammer until it remains thin (about half a cm).



2️⃣ Seasoning: Sprinkle garlic and onion powder on each breast, with a pinch of salt and pepper.



3️⃣ Filling: Spread a layer of spinach, on top of it slices of red pepper, then mozzarella.



Wrap the chest in a roll and spread it well with sticks.



4️⃣ Browning: In a wide pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, and brown the chicken roll on all sides until it takes on a beautiful golden color (3-4 minutes).



5️⃣ Cooking in the oven: Transfer the rolls to an oven tray, and finish cooking them at 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes until they are completely cooked.



Serving: Remove the skewers, cut the roll into diagonal slices, and serve it with roasted potatoes or white rice and a green salad. The view opens the soul and the taste is crazy! 🤤 💡 Ideas for a change: You can replace mozzarella with cheddar cheese for a bolder taste, or add a sprinkle of hot pepper to the filling if you like spicy food.
