How to make noodles with chicken and sauteed vegetables
A quick, healthy, and delicious recipe... the best solution for a light and delicious lunch or dinner!
🍡🍗🍡 Ingredients:
200 gm noodles (rice or egg)
300 gm chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
1 red pepper slices
1 green pepper slices
1 grated carrot
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 chopped tom cloves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
One tablespoon of sesame oil (optional for an authentic Asian flavour)
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste. Green coriander for garnish
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Boil the noodles according to the instructions and set them aside.
2️⃣ In a wide frying pan, heat some oil over high heat, and brown the chicken slices with a pinch of salt and pepper until they turn golden. Lift it to the side.
3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onions for a minute until they smell.
4️⃣ Add carrots and peppers, and stir-fry them for 3-4 minutes to keep them crispy.
5️⃣ Return the chicken to the pan, pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
6️⃣ Add the boiled noodles and stir everything together for two minutes until combined.
7️⃣ Sprinkle green coriander on top and serve the dish hot.
💡 Sweet note: If you like the spicy taste, add a sprinkle of chili pepper or slices of hot red pepper with the vegetables...
