Ingredients:
Butter: a cup
Brown sugar: a cup
Sugar: half a cup (white)
Eggs: 2 tablets
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 1/3 cup (liquid)
- Chocolate granules: a cup
- Flour: 3 cups
Marshmallow: Haribo Cup
Cocoa powder: quarter cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Method:
1- Place the butter in an electric whisk bowl, add brown sugar and white sugar and whisk the ingredients.
2- Add the eggs and the liquid vanilla while continuing to whisk.
3- Pour the milk over the ingredients and whisk.
4- Mix the cocoa with the flour, add the baking powder.
5- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, and continue mixing until you get a smooth, soft dough.
6- Add the chocolate granules to the dough, and stir, then put the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until it sticks.
7- Make a dough of cookies, put on each piece a piece of marshmallow, and describe it in an oven tray.
8- Put the tray in the oven at 180 ° C for 7-10 minutes.
