You should also ask your doctor first if you are taking any type of medication.

3- Drink a cup of dandelion tea, there is no study confirming that dandelion tea relieves constipation, but it has been used for this purpose for several centuries and it is a very safe and useful herb and you will not lose anything if you try it, and you can prepare it by purchasing diluted dandelion roots and putting them in boiling water for five Minutes then filtered and drunk and some honey can be added to it for sweetening.


4- Fenugreek, as fenugreek contains a high percentage of fiber, so it works like a laxative, and you can take 10-30 grams of fenugreek powder 3 times a day, but that depends on your weight, degree of constipation, and some other factors. Some side effects, such as bloating and diarrhea, may occur here. .

5- Barley water: Barley also contains a very high percentage of fiber, and you can drink barley water to relieve constipation, and you can prepare it by placing half a cup of barley in a container and then cover it with cold water and put it boiling on the fire for 2 minutes and then Strain it and add 3 lemon juice to it and add sugar to your liking.


Second: Eat foods that help treat constipation:

1- Eating flaxseed regularly, as flax has a great effectiveness in treating constipation because it contains a large percentage of fiber and people who are keen to eat it do not suffer from constipation as it has multiple other health benefits as it protects against cancer and works to improve cholesterol levels in the blood.

2- Be sure to eat fruits, vegetables and foods that contain a high percentage of fiber, as your body needs 24 - 38 grams of fiber per day, and constipation results in a lot of eating high-fat, sugar and dairy foods. One of the most important foods that you must be careful with is:


     Fruits rich in fiber include berries, apples, and pears

- Vegetables rich in fiber: whole grains, pasta and barley

Legumes rich in fiber: beans and lentils

Vegetables rich in fiber: artichoke, green peas and cauliflower

3- Drinking a cup of coffee to treat mild constipation: Many people think that coffee is a quick solution to constipation, as the caffeine contained in the coffee stimulates the muscles of the digestive system to increase its movement, but what is missing from them is that it also generates urine, so it absorbs moisture from the stool and makes its movement difficult in the intestine. Therefore, coffee may be a quick cure for mild constipation, but it is not suitable for treating severe or chronic constipation.
4- Be sure to eat peaches and peach juice as it contains a very high percentage of fiber and also contains sorbitol, which is a stimulant for colon that increases movement and reduces the time of stools in the body and also reduces the risk of constipation when a lot of eating it for a healthy person.

5- Be sure to eat yogurt at breakfast: As yogurt contains beneficial bacteria that help create a good environment suitable for the digestive system to work regularly and reduce the time needed to digest food and relieve constipation
6- Make sure to take omega-3 oil because it works to soften the intestine and relieve constipation, so make sure to eat foods that contain omega-3 such as salmon, tuna, mackerel and herring.


Third: changing the wrong habits:
