Trifle chocolate pudding

 

1/4 cup sugar ⠀
2 tbsp starch ⠀
1/2 cup sugar 
2 tbsp cocoa powder ⠀
1 tablespoon instant coffee ⠀
2 tablespoons of milk powder ⠀
1/4 teaspoon liquid vanilla ⠀
2 cups milk ⠀
2 egg yolks ⠀
100g chocolate ⠀
1 tablespoon of butter ⠀
Padding: ⠀
1 piece Pound Cake ⠀
2 medium cans mixed fruit ⠀
For decoration: ف whipped cream / cocoa powder

Method: ⠀
1. Pudding: In a deep dish, put sugar, starch, cocoa, coffee, salt, vanilla, 1 cup of milk and eggs, using a manual grating racket, stirring the ingredients to smooth and obtain a smooth mixture.

 
2. Put the rest of the milk in a thick, medium-sized saucepan, put the saucepan over medium heat to heat.

3. Pour the hot milk over the mixture in the dish, and stir the paddle to mix materials completely.

4. Bring the mixture back in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it boils and thickens. Add chocolate and butter to my heart until the butter melts and leave to cool.

5. Using a sharp knife, cut the cake into 4 slices with 1 or 2 inch thickness, cut the slices into cubes ⠀
6. Bring 4 individual cups to serve, put some cake in each cup, and distribute a little fruit syrup, put 2 tablespoons of pudding, put an amount of fruit mixture. Add the rest of the cake pieces, pour a little fruit syrup, then put some pudding, then a little fruit, then put an abundant amount of pudding.

7. Decorate the triple cups with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

8. Put the trifle in the fridge for several hours.
