Ingredients:
1/2 cup starch
1/4 cup plain cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup fine-grained sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup melted chocolate
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
3 large eggs
1 cup crushed walnuts
The method of work:
Install the mesh rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 m. Bring an 8-inch block and belly with a piece of parchment paper, leaving a portion of paper outside of the mold.
In a mixer bowl, put the starch, cocoa, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Install the net racket. Run at slow speed for several seconds to mix the materials.
In a deep dish, put the butter, chocolate, vanilla and eggs. My heart with a fork to mix the materials and blend well.
Add the mixture to the starch mixture in the bowl. Busy for a minute to get a smooth mixture. Add nuts.
Pour the brownies mixture into the pan.
Place the mold in the oven for 35 minutes. After half the time has passed, shake the pan lightly in a circular motion, until the brownies are cooked efficiently.
Take the brownies out of the oven. Place the brownie pan on the metal mesh to cool completely before slicing to serve.
Hold the ends of the parchment paper and gently remove the brownies from the pan. Cut as desired.
