Ingredients:

A cup of warm milk

Hanging instant yeast food

quarter cup of Vegetarian oil

salt

2 tablespoons of yogurt

2 cups and a half of flour


For the filling:

Halloumi cheese cubes


For the face:

an egg

Small hanging vinegar

Instant coffee

Two senior milk suspensions

Large hanging thyme


The method:

We mix the milk with yeast and sugar and let them interact, then add a quarter cup of vegetable oil, salt and yogurt and mix, then add the flour gradually and knead for 10 minutes and cover it and let it ferment for half an hour until its size doubles

Then we form a small ball

We spread out each ball and put a piece of cheese in it and lock it on each square ... and let it ferment, then spread the pastry with a mixture of fat and sprinkle the face with thyme and put it in a hot oven at a temperature of 200 until it gets a golden color and served
