Ingredients:

Method:
- Season the chicken pieces with all the ingredients well, and it is preferable to leave them in the seasoning overnight.
- Put in an oven tray and put it in a hot oven until it becomes ripe and takes a golden color. We cover it with a grill before serving and serve it decorated with green coriander leaves.
