Here is a delicious, tasty and healthy dinner recipe for your family that is easy and convenient to prepare because you will quickly prepare it in a pressure cooker! With vegetables and delicious spiced gravy. The meal is for 4-5 persons.

Sample size:

Salt, beef spices and black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

A kilo of beef cut into large cubes

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1.5 kg small potatoes

3 large carrots, peeled and cut into thick slices

Optional: 1 tablespoon of cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce

How to prepare:

In a small bowl, combine salt and spices, garlic, parsley, onion powder and pepper. Sprinkle on top.

In a pressure cooker we heat it up. When it gets hot, add oil and brown the meat on all sides. To do this, for 2-3 minutes. When turned, it should move out of the pan with ease.

-Add broth, tomato paste, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to the immediate pot - if there are brown chunks sticking to the bottom of the meat, give it a scraping and it should break loose easily. Stir until combined.

- Put the cap on and turn the valve into the seal. Select manual or pressure cooking and set the cooking time to 55-65 minutes ***, depending on the size of your meat cut. (65 minutes to be safe)

- When the cooking time is up, turn off the saucepan immediately and let the pressure come out naturally for 10 minutes before turning the valve to vent and open the lid.

- Add a few potatoes and carrots, put the lid back on, turn the valve to close and select manual or pressure cook for 3 minutes

When the cooking time is up, let the pressure come out naturally for 10 minutes before moving the valve to vent, releasing the remaining pressure and opening the lid.

Remove the meat from the instant saucepan and cut it into slices or pull out as desired. Served with potatoes and carrots.
