Ingredients:
1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
6 fresh garlic cloves, peeled and mashed
1 pound sirloin cut into bite-sized chunks
Sea salt to taste
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
instructions:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for a minute until fragrant.
Add the lamb chops and stir each side until lightly brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Once the lamb chops are done, reduce the heat and add butter / ghee. Stir until the butter melts and coat the steak well. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chopped parsley and chives.
