Recipe ingredients:

3 1/2 cup flour

1 tablespoon soft instant yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons crushed roasted cumin

1 large egg

1/4 cup corn oil

1 cup warm milk


Polishing mixture:

1 egg

2 tablespoons of milk

How to prepare:



1. In the mixer bowl, put 3 cups of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, paprika and cumin. Set the dough hook, turn the mixer on at a slow speed to mix the materials.



2. Add the egg and the oil. Knead on medium speed until the ingredients are mixed well. Add the milk. Knead until a smooth dough forms and separates from the bowl. Add the rest of the flour if the dough is soft.



3. In a deep greased plate, put the dough, with a piece of nylon cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to double its size.


4. Bring a tray with a short edge, and grease it.



5. On a flour-sprinkled surface using a rolling pin, roll the dough with a thickness of 1 cm. Roll the dough into a roll with your fingertips. Press the end of the dough to secure it well.



6. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 16 pieces.



7. Put the two ends of the roll in the center of the tray and spread the rest of the dough pieces in the tray so that it is in the shape of a circle. With a piece of nylon cover the dough, leave it in a warm place to double its size.



8. Place the grill rack in the center of the oven, preheat to 180 ° C.



9. Polishing mixture: In a small plate, put the eggs and milk using a fork, and stir the mixture well.



10. Using a small brush, spread the dough over, sprinkle the sesame seeds, and bake the pie for 40 minutes.
