How to make home-made tahini in an easy and proven recipe ... Sometimes we need tahini and we do not have it for various reasons, and sometimes we prefer to prepare some materials at home to ensure that they are free of preservatives. Tahina is considered one of the sauces that no Arab meal is without, especially the Egyptian one, because it is served most with Egyptian meals. There are two types of tahini with sesame and tahina with peanuts, and today I will offer you sesame tahini in an easy and simple way, and the recipe is as follows:
Ingredients:
2 cups sesame
1 tablespoon flour
Corn oil - quantity as needed
How to prepare:
In a frying pan on a stove, put the sesame seeds over a medium heat and saute them until the sesame seeds are slightly roasted
We put the flour on top of them and turn them a little without changing their color
We leave the roasted sesame at room temperature
In a food processor, we grind the sesame well until it softens
Add the oil gradually while continuing to mix
When the mixture becomes a bit rigid, put them in a Qataremise or a glass jar and leave them for about two hours at room temperature.
Close the tahini jar well and put it in a closed place
Note:
The oil should be applied gradually and slowly to the sesame, like a fine line, so that the mixture does not overflow
