Ingredients:
Half a kilo of fresh knafeh
150 gm of melted butter
Two tablespoons of powdered sugar
4-5 March pills, large size
A box of sweetened milk and pistachio nuts
The method:
Preheat the oven to 180 m, and grease the mini cheesecake pan.
In a food processor, grind kunafa, sugar and butter.
Squeeze a layer of kunafa into the mold with the sides, surround a piece of mars in the cavity, cover it with the kunafa and press it well. Enter the oven until it is browned on the sides and below and then turn on the oven from above and red.
Take it out of the oven, let it rest for five minutes, take it out from the molds, pour the milk over it, and decorate it.
