125g butter at room temperature

Half a cup of oil tea

1 egg

3 tablespoons of starch

Half a packet of baking powder

1 vanilla packet

2.5 cups of flour

Caramel sauce:

1 cup sugar

1 cup cream

1 tablespoon butter

to up:

1 cup unsalted peanuts or hazelnuts

Half a box of dark chocolate or milk chocolate

How to prepare :

1- Mix all biscuit ingredients, except the flour, in a deep bowl.

2_ We add the flour gradually and get a dough that does not stick to the hand.

3_Let it rest for 5 minutes.

4_ We spread the dough with a thickness of half a cm.

5_ We make circles with glass with a circular frame or with a template.

6_ Let's take it on a tray covered with greaseproof paper and bake it in a 180-degree oven that has been preheated until it turns pink (baked for 15 minutes).

7_ For the caramel sauce, take one cup of sugar in a small saucepan.

8- Wait for the sugar to dissolve and change its color on medium heat. (Do not insert the spoon) When it melts completely add the butter and melt it quickly.

9_ Turn off the stove at this point.

10_Add 1 cup of liquid cream, then melt it by running the stove on low heat and mixing again by mixing until ready.

11_ We spread the hand caramel sauce on the biscuit from the center to the ends with the help of a spoon.

12_ We put peanuts on it.

13_ Let's take half a box of chocolate and melt it with a water bath.

14_ We put it in a pastry bag and make a small hole, pour it over the biscuit, then keep it in the refrigerator and serve it.
