Ingredients:


1 kilo fresh hot red pepper, chopped

2 tomatoes

1/2 cup garlic

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

salt

3/4 cup vegetable oil and olive oil.


You can add extra oil if you want to keep it in the refrigerator for a long time.

First flavor:


1/4 cup toasted nuts

Method:


1- Mince garlic in a food processor and lift it

4- Add the hot pepper and cover over a medium heat, stirring about half an hour, until it condenses and the liquids dry up
