Ingredients:


For the dough:

Two cups of milk

1 teaspoon salt

Flour as needed


For an individual:


A cup of oil

One cup of melted butter (mix the two together).


For the filling:


300 grams of ground meat

2 onions

4 potatoes

Half a cup of oil

Salt, pepper, red pepper


How to prepare:


1- Put the oil in the pan, then add the minced meat and stir.

2_ Then put the chopped onion in small cubes.

3_ After stirring it a little, add the grated potatoes.

4- Stir a little, then add the salt and spices.

5- Cook it a little, then turn off the fire.

6_ Let it cool down (you can also make these pastries with any filling you want).

7_ We start preparing the dough and put the milk in the bowl.

8_ Then add salt and flour and knead a smooth dough that does not stick to the hand. 9_ Divide the dough into 24 equal parts.

10_ Cover it and leave it for 15 minutes (it is easiest to roll the dough when it is resting).

11_ We spread the dough pieces gently in a medium size, then brush one of the pieces with the oil and butter mixture, then put another dough on top.

12_ We do the same with all the pieces until we have 12 pieces.

13_ After that, we begin to roll out the dough pairs with a rolling pin.

14_ Brush the dough with the mixture of oil and butter, then put the filling on one side lengthwise. Roll the dough and tighten it, then roll it in the form of a snail.

15_ Put it on a tray with baking paper.

16_ Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
