Beware grills and sweets cause bad digestion in Ramadan for these reasons

Therefore, we offer you the following tips to alleviate the digestive problems that accompany dietary changes in the month of Ramadan:


1- Start your breakfast with dates and water.

2- Finish your suhoor with dates and water.


3- Refrain from eating 'grills' and fast food for breakfast and the pre-dawn meal.

4- Eat fruits and sweets two hours after breakfast.


5- No sweets at the time of Suhoor.


6- Do a physical activity half an hour before breakfast time and 3 hours before the evening prayer or before the pre-dawn prayer.


7- Drink 500 ml of fluid, equivalent to two cups, at breakfast.


8- The best suhoor contains dates or bananas with a cup of yogurt.


9- Avoid soup during the pre-dawn meal.


10- The best soups contain starchy vegetables and a few ready-made sauces.


11- Legumes are excellent food, but they cause thirst, so you should drink a cup of tea half an hour after eating them.


12- The abundance of coffee, chocolate, sweets, ready and fast meals at breakfast and suhoor time causes indigestion, constipation, dehydration and thirst, and headaches.
