For a special Ramadan hospitality, serve Kunafa with cream on your trip and serve hot on the table
Ingredients:
Kunafa dough: 500 grams
Butter: 100 grams (melted)
Cream: 500 ml
- Qatar: as needed (ready)
Pistachios: half a cup (ground)
Cream: as desired (to decorate)
Pistachios: as desired (crushed)
Lemon blossom: as desired (to decorate)
How to prepare:
heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
In a small bowl, mix the cream of crushed pistachios.
In a large bowl, put the Othmaliye dough and add butter to it.
Mix the ingredients well, taking into account the crunching of the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts.
On a tray, stack the first section of dough well.
Spread the cream over the face without reaching the edges.
Arrange the remaining portion of the dough over the cream.
Put the tray in the oven for about 35 minutes or until browned.
Take the tray out of the oven and immediately pour the syrup on it.
Turn the tray on the serving plate.
Pour out more syrup.
Decorate with cream, pistachios and lemon blossom.
