Ingredients
1 kilogram chicken (whole)
Yogurt: 1 cup
- Salt, to taste
White pepper: half a teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Onion: 1 piece (grated)
Tandoori spices: 1 teaspoon
Mint: 4 tablespoons (fresh and finely chopped)
Gram Masala Spices: 1 teaspoon
Curry: half a teaspoon
Hot green pepper: 2 pods (finely chopped)
Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
How to prepare:
Wash the chicken well and rub it with tandoori spices.
In an electric mixer, put the yogurt, onion, mint, tomato paste, garam masala, salt, white pepper, curry and black pepper and beat the ingredients well to get a creamy texture.
Soak the chicken in the prepared marinade and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and place it on an oven tray with seasoning.
Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes until the hour, until the chicken is cooked well.
Serve hot.
