How to prepare:
1. In a deep saucepan, place the chicken and immerse it in water. Add the onion, cardamom, cinnamon, laurel, pepper, and salt. Let it cook on low heat until it becomes tender.

6. Put half the amount of potatoes in the oven dish, and put the chicken on the potatoes.
7. Spread a third of the white sauce over the chicken. Put the rest of the potatoes. Distribute the rest of the white sauce.
