Without knowing, we eat many types of foods and drinks that threaten our health, especially in the hot summer days, where there is a lot of exit outside the house and there are also occasions and holidays in it and eating fast foods, otherwise the manufactured food that many children and young people love.
There are many manufactured foods that are almost eaten without knowing their danger to our health gradually.
1- Vegetable oil:
Vegetarian oil is part of our kitchen, but some of these oils are explained by genetically modified elements, seriously converted, which can lead to cardiovascular, obesity, cancer and Alzheimer disease.
2 - Margarin:
Margarine, or butter manufacturer is one of the unhealthy foods, they are made of hydrogenated and non-natural vegetable oils, which can harm cardiovascular and raise cholesterol levels.
3. Packed sauces:
Plastic bottled sauces, such as ketchup, perimeter, are filled with sugar and industrial colors. It is advised to replace natural lemon juice, apples or vinegar with some olive oil.
4 - Industrial Localities:
These localities are not better than sugar as some are held. Although they are contained on less thermal prices, they still pose a risk of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and metabolism.
