Ingredients:
125g silken tofu
1 tablespoon tahini
2 teaspoons harissa spice blend
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Add 2 tablespoons water and season with pepper. Process until smooth and combined.
Tips :
Serve as a tasty topping for grilled fish or chicken, or spoon over jacket potatoes and char-grilled vegetables.
Great served as a dip with roasted cauliflower florets or oven-baked kale crisps. Omit water for a thicker consistency.
