Ingredients:
80g frozen sliced banana
125gm fresh chopped pineapple
40g baby spinach
30 grams raw cashews
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
Half a cup of cold water
method:
Process all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
Pour into a serving cup.
Tips :
To get 80 grams of frozen bananas, peel and cut one small (100 grams) banana. Put it in a container or snap lock bag and freeze overnight.
Freezing bananas is a great way to make use of surplus ripe fruits. Peel and cut them into slices and keep them in the freezer for up to two months. Mix frozen bananas with other ingredients for a smooth, thick, creamy frozen smoothie.
