Notes:

 

1- You should eat two liters of water at least daily and prefer to increase the amount.

 

2- Organizing sleep times, especially sleeping at least 8 hours at night.

 

3- Leave a period of 5 hours to 7 hours between the meal and the other.


    4- If you feel hungry between meals, you can drink a grain T or any drinks as we said.
