This tagine is a low -calorie health recipe and you can cook it as a healthy option for the meat dish while you are diet or diet.
Ingredients:
Onion, cut into slices
1 garlic clove, cut into slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
300 grams steak meat, thin slices
1 yellow pepper, seed and chopped slices
400 grams mashed tomatoes
Rosemary branch, clip
A handful of black -nucleus olives
Method:
In a large skillet, cook the onion with garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes until the onion soften and golden color.
Add the slices of meat, pepper, tomatoes and rosemary and leave the mixture to a boil.
Leave the ingredients until they are covered over medium heat to 15 minutes until the meat slices are well cooked with the addition of boiling water as needed.
Pour the ingredients in a serving dish and black olive spray on the face and serve this dish with mashed potatoes or couscous.
