The holy month of Ramadan is at the doors, and the foods that are prohibited for heart patients in Ramadan, occupying the interests of many people, especially families whose members suffer from heart disease, as there are several foods that are preferred completely away from them so that the heart attacks do not increase.
Foods prohibited for heart patients in Ramadan
A state of confusion in which the owners of chronic diseases fall in Ramadan, especially heart patients, and according to the official page of the Ministry of Health and Population, in response to a question, what are the foods that are forbidden for heart patients in Ramadan? Health and Eastern sweets, and the breakfast cycle is as follows:
1-Eat a cup of water for breakfast.
2-Divide the meal in half, the first vegetables and the rest of the proteins.
3-Stay away from sugars and sweets.
4-Avoid eating tea and coffee in abundance so that it does not affect the arteries of the heart.
In Ramadan patients, breakfast with healthy foods and delaying the meal of suhoor, and relying on protein mainly such as beans or eggs, and according to Hossam Mohamed's speech, a consultant cardiovascular disease, during his talk to "Al -Watan", the heart patients may increase his complaint during fasting due to Wrong eating habits, including the following:
1- Eat pickles and rifles.
2- Increasing fast and unhealthy foods.
3- Eat white bread.
4- Increasing stimulants.
He advised to make an effort regularly, avoid eating fats, to stimulate the production of good cholesterol and reduce harmful cholesterol, and the vegetables should be kept washed and chopped in the refrigerator for continuous eating.
Healthy foods for heart patients:
Many vitamin, minerals and antioxidants are available in many foods that are useful for heart patients, and they are the following:
1- whole grains.
2- Vegetables, especially avocado.
3- Eat fatty fish.
4- Nuts.
5- Legumes.
