Casserole kofta (without oven)
Ingredients 😍
Half a kilo of minced meat
A cup of finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
an egg
A quarter cup of ground rusk (crushed cake)
A teaspoon of seven spices
A teaspoon of coriander
Teaspoon salt
A teaspoon of black pepper
Half a spoon of baking powder
The way😍
In a bowl, put the minced meat, onions, parsley, spices, and ground breadcrumbs, then mix all the ingredients well and grind them.
Add the egg, then stir the ingredients well.
The meat is shaped into small circular or oval discs.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the kofta on both sides until it is cooked and brown.
Serve hot with rice or bread and tahini salad.
