Paneer chicken kofta
the components:

Method:
We squeeze the onions, pour out the water, and put the onions on the chicken, all the spices, breadcrumbs, and parsley, mix them very well together, and leave them in the seasoning for two hours. After that, we shape them and put them in the flour, and after that the eggs, and after that the breadcrumbs, and we put them in the refrigerator or freezer for half an hour before frying, and we fry them in oil to take on a golden color.
