Ingredients:


For the cake:

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

¼ cup ghee or butter or oil

½ cup milk

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla

1½ cups flour

Milk for soaking the cake


For the chocolate sauce:

1 packet cocoa powder

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon butter


For the cream:

2 packets whipped cream

1½ cups milk

Vanilla

For decoration: strawberries


Method:


In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and whisk well with an electric mixer.


Add the milk, ghee or butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla, then sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and whisk until fully combined.


Grease a Pyrex dish with butter and pour the mixture into it, then place it in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, cut the chocolate cake into two halves.


Put the cocoa powder in a saucepan, add the milk, and whisk well while cold with two cubes of butter.


Place the saucepan on the stove, stirring continuously until the sauce boils, then add the butter, stir, and turn off the heat.


Whip the cream with the milk until the cream is ready. Once the cake has cooled, soak it with milk, then place a layer of whipped cream between the two layers of cake.


Next, add the chocolate sauce, refrigerate, and cut as desired, garnishing with strawberries.
