Ingredients:
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 drops red food coloring
Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the milk:
In a medium saucepan, bring the evaporated milk and whole milk to a boil. Watch closely to prevent it from boiling over.
Add the white chocolate:
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the white chocolate chips until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Color the hot chocolate:
Slowly add the red food coloring, drop by drop, until you achieve a soft pink color.
Serve:
Pour the pink hot chocolate into your cup. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
