Easy chocolate dessert
Ingredients
4 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of starch
7 tablespoons of sugar (as desired)
3 tablespoons of butter
Chocolate cubes Chocolate (as desired)
2 tablespoons of whipped cream powder (Cream Chantilly)
1 tablespoon of vanilla
2 cups of water
Crushed chocolate for decoration
How to prepare
In a saucepan, add the milk, sugar and cocoa, mix all the ingredients together,
Then mix the ingredients well until the clumps disappear, then put it on the fire, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth and soft.
Dissolve the starch in a cup of water, then add it to the ingredients and add the cream powder.
Then remove from the heat, add the butter cubes and dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts. Mix all the ingredients until they become homogeneous.
Leave the mixture to cool at room temperature, and take the serving cups and put a slice of cake or biscuit in them.
Until the texture of the dessert becomes smooth and smooth, then pour it into the serving cups, then decorate it with grated chocolate and serve cold.
