Foods that make men more attractive and others that keep them away from the fairer sex... Get to know them
A recent study has revealed that some foods have a positive or negative effect on a man's attractiveness.
The British newspaper "Daily Mail" published a report on this study, indicating that eating large amounts of fruits and vegetables gives a man a more attractive smell to women, in addition to meat and eggs.
The study also stated that eating large amounts of bread, pasta and other carbohydrates usually makes men less nice and attractive to women.
Dr. Evan Stefan, a psychologist at Macquarie University in Australia, says, "The study suggests that a man's body odor helps attract women's attention."
The researchers believe that other indicators, such as the yellowing of the skin caused by eating large amounts of carrots, for example, can make a man more attractive to women.
The researchers measured the level of color in men's skin in order to estimate the amounts of fruits and vegetables they eat, so they asked 9 women to describe the smell of about 43 different men. The women rated men who had higher levels of carotenoids as having the best smell.
