A quick and delightful fusion dish that combines tender fish with a tangy ketchup glaze, served over pasta. Perfect for those busy nights when you want something satisfying yet easy to prepare.

Ingredients::

100g white fish fillet (like cod or tilapia)
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon olive oil

100g pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Steps::

-Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
-In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
-Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the fish to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
-Reduce the heat and add ketchup to the pan, coating the fish evenly. Let it simmer for a minute.
-Combine the cooked pasta with the fish and any remaining sauce in the pan, tossing gently to mix.
-Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
