Ingredients:
½ kg of small onions (Qourma), peeled
½ kg of lamb, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cups of vegetable broth
Preparation Method:
Put the olive oil and lamb in a pot, and cook the meat until browned.
Add the flour and cook until browned.
Add the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer gently for 40 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.
