Ingredients::
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
Steps::
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add onions and cook until translucent.
