Cucumber and shrimp salad recipe
the components:
Cooked shrimp, scrub and detergent
2 large Cucumber, cut into cubes
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into two halves
½ cup Mayniz
½ cup sour cream or yogurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper as desired
Fresh parsley for decorating (optional)
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, mix cooked shrimp, chopped option into cubes, chopped red onions and cherry tomatoes cut into two halves.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Stir the ingredients to cover all ingredients evenly.
Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mix.
Before serving, stir the power and decorate it with fresh parsley
