Custard biscuit recipe
the components :
250 g butter
3/4 cup of iced sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch / corn flour
3/4 cup Castard powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
Method:
1. Cream butter, iced sugar and corn flour until nice and creamy.
2. Add custard powder and vanilla extract.
3. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
4. Tube without nozzle 34 on a baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle 100s 1000s more
6. Bread @140 for 10 minutes
7. Dip in melted chocolate ends when it is cold.
