Muammar rice tagine with shrimp
Ingredients
Half a kilo of shrimp
1 cup rice
Half a cup of cooking cream
Half a cup of milk
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon of butter
cream
1 stuffed garlic clove
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
cinnamon
How to prepare:
Shrimp in the butter and add salt to it
Pepper, cinnamon and mashed garlic.
Then add lemon and rice juice and smell well.
Grease the tagine with butter on all sides.
Then the rice is placed with shrimp in the tagine.
Add a cup of boiling water.
In a bowl over the fire, heat milk and cream.
Then add to the rice tag.
