For Marinad:


1 large shrimp, peeled and specified


1/4 cup olive oil


Zust and juice 1 lemon


3 garlic cloves, chopped


1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1/2 teaspoon red pepper chips (optional, heat)


Salt and black pepper, depending on the taste


For the kebab:


8-10 skewers of bamboo, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Lemon pegs, to apply


Fresh parsley, chopped (for decoration)

Shrimp soak:


In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon peel, lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano and red pepper chips (if used).


Season with salt and black pepper, depending on the taste.


Add the shrimp to the marinad and throw it to the coat evenly.


Cover and fridge for at least 30 minutes, or even two hours to get more flavor.


Prepare the kebab:


Heat the grill to the high medium heat.


Get the sprayed shrimp on wet bamboo skewers, ensuring that they are evenly spaced.


Kabbas grill:


Place the shrimp kebab on the pre -heated grill.


A 2-3 minutes grill on each side, or until shrimp becomes pink and vague. Be careful not to cook it too much.


Service:


Remove the shrimp kebab from the grill and transfer it to a serving dish.


Decorate with additional chopped parsley and serve with lemon pegs on the side.


advice:


Shrimp size: Use large shrimp for best results. The smaller shrimp may be cooking very quickly and becomes too cooked.


Soak: Soak the shrimp for at least 30 minutes to get a better flavor, but even two hours if possible.


Parking: If the use of wooden skewers, soak it in water to prevent burning on the grill.
