Rice recipe with shrimp and vegetables
Ingredients:
Half a kilo of rice
Two onions and a minced garlic lobe
Pepper or colors
Carrot, cut into small cubes (optional)
Three tablespoons of peas (optional)
Half a kilo of peeled shrimp
Salt and pepper
Method:
-Wash and soak shrimp in vinegar and water for a quarter of an hour
- Rinse rice with water in a colander
- Put oil that covers the bowl of the bowl on the fire and put the chopped onions when it is heated
- Stir the onions until golden in color, then add the chopped garlic clove, then the carrots and peas until they enter the ripening stage
- Then add shrimp and stir until its color changes
- Put the chopped pepper for 5 minutes until a little withered
- Put the rice and stir for 5 minutes
- And salt, pepper and curry are placed to it, and a vegetable broth cube can be added or a little "spices"
- Stir all of that, then put 2 cups of water on the rice and stir until it boils, then put the cap and reduce the heat very much
- Leave the rice on a low heat for 20 minutes, then follow it from time to time to make sure it is completely ripening
