Shrimp recipe with cream
Ingredients:
Shrimp: 500 grams (peeled and cleaner)
Karima: 3 cups (liquid)
Hot pepper: a century (chopped)
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 4 cloves (mashed)
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Salt: Half a teaspoon
How to prepare:
Heat olive oil in a wide and deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and hot pepper and stir for two minutes.
Add the shrimp and stir for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper and stir for another 3 minutes.
Add the cream and leave the mixture to boil and condense the cream.
Pour the shrimp with the cream in a serving dish and decorate it with basil paper.
Serve hot to the side of the rice as desired
