Ingredients:
2 cups (240 grams) of gentle biscuits
1/2 cup (113 grams) of dissolved butter
1 cup (240 ml) of milk
1/2 cup (100 grams) of sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120 ml) of whipped cream
1 cup (120 grams) of fresh or frozen fruits
How to prepare:
In a medium bowl, mix the biscuit and melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl, mix milk, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract until sugar dissolves.
Add the milk mixture to the biscuit and butter mixture and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture in a 9 -inch round cake mold (23 cm) lined with butter paper.
Put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until it cools and becomes coherent.
In a small bowl, whisk the whipped cream until thick and fixed.
Distribute fresh or frozen fruits to the cake surface.
Add the whipped cream over the fruits.
Serve cold cake.
