Ingredients:


2 cups Egyptian rice, 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon, salt, pepper, 1 bouillon cube, a few raisins (optional), and sautéed gizzard liver and gizzards with onions and garlic. 🥘


Method: Caramelize the sugar in a pot until it turns a deep brown color. Add boiling water, spices, and bouillon cube. Add the rice and let it cook. In a separate pan, sauté the gizzard liver and gizzards with onions and peppers. 🍛
